Sunshine Trade Link LLC collects company and contact data submitted through our B2B partnership form. This information includes Company Name, Corporate URL, Contact Person details, Est. Monthly Volume, and MAP Status. We collect this data solely for corporate vetting, credit evaluation, and brand authorization reviews.
We do not sell, trade, or distribute this corporate data to third parties. All files, documents (including Letters of Authorization, certificates, or registry sheets), and email exchanges are stored securely.
2. Authorized Channel Restrictions
All transactions are governed by our master wholesale agreement. Buyers of wholesale merchandise from Sunshine Trade Link LLC are strictly prohibited from reselling on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Target) unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Sunshine Trade Link LLC cooperates fully with brand owners to identify gray-market leakage. We trace serial codes and transaction records for compliance enforcement.
3. Intellectual Property & Storefront Representation
Images, listings, and text assets supplied by brand owners are used strictly under license to optimize search rankings and protect listing hygiene on authorized channels. All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
